- Support the Sales Team with operational tasks, including preparing and processing contracts for new restaurant partners.
- Assist in onboarding new restaurants, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for a smooth activation on the platform.
- Source and upload high-quality, dish-level photos for new restaurant menus to enhance the customer experience.
- Liaise with restaurant partners who have recently onboarded to solve their operational issues and ensure their success on the platform.
- Handle ad hoc requests from team leads to support overall team objectives and priorities.
- Monitor and ensure the high performance of newly onboarded restaurants by coordinating with internal teams and providing necessary support.
- Conduct sanctions screening tasks for current and potential business partners, including thorough due diligence processes. Support global sanction risk assessments and assist in implementing compliance measures as needed.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Cantonese.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other operational tools.
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or the food and beverage industry.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's restaurant landscape or delivery platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
