Position:Executive Assistant IIRank:Executive Assistant IIDepartment/ Cluster:Various Departments, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC)Salary:HK$19,764 – HK$24,023 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Job:1.To provide clerical and administrative support in offices of clinical or non-clinical departments.2.To carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, statistics and record keeping.3.To handle word processing, typing and data processing.4.To handle and draft correspondence.5.To coordinate and organize meetings, programmes and activities.6.To handle enquires, perform reception duties, liaise and communicate with staff and clients.7.To prepare reports and draft meeting notes.8.To file and retrieve documents, compile statistics and returns.9.To assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting.10.To help with the use of various hospital systems for supplies ordering, repair & maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisor.11.To follow up minor feedback and complaints with relevant departments.12.To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:1.Completed F.5/ S.5 AND diploma in a specialized function with (a) or (b) below:(a)Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;(b)5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:lLevel 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; andlLevel 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.OR2.Completed F.5/ S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with working experience.Preferable Attributes/ Exposure:1.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.2.Hands-on experience in MS Office including both Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.3.Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.4.Commitment and flexible working hours (over time during project deadlines).Remarks:1.Please refer to for Notes to Applicants.2.Serving staff who have completed F.5/ S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.Please submit application online on or before 15 Sep 2025.
