
Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

- Lead trade marketing plans and NPD launches for assigned segments
- Manage POSM and promotional materials from concept to execution
- Ensure efficient budget use. Own P&L of assigned segments.
- Analyze market data and provide strategic insights
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for execution excellence
- Support annual planning and performance reviews
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
- Educated to Bachelors degree level
- 3-5+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer retail trade marketing or related roles
- Proven experience in managing product categories and trade campaigns
- Experience with P&L management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities
- Strategic thinker with planning and execution experience
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven
- Team player with strong coordination and organizational skills
- Experience with Nielsen Advisor or similar tools is a plus
