Our client is a global, esteemed High Frequency Trading Firm. This role sits at the intersection of site reliability engineering and ultra-low latency trading. You’ll own, scale, and optimize the end-to-end execution stack for Chinese equity markets, ensuring the systems run faster and more reliably than anyone else’s.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency trading infrastructureOptimize network topology, protocol stack,s and kernel parameters for sub-microsecond performanceDevelop real-time telemetry and diagnostics to detect and mitigate performance bottlenecksCollaborate with trading, quant, and ops teams to translate latency targets into technical deliverablesAutomate deployment, monitoring, and failover of trading engines and market data feedsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience on the buy-side or sell-side in electronic equities tradingDeep hands-on background in Chinese equity markets, trading protocols, and exchanges is ideal.Proven track record of driving performance improvements in production trading systemsTechnical SkillsProgramming in C/C++ for low-level system developmentStrong Linux performance tuning: kernel, NIC drivers, DPDK, etc.Proficiency with hardware timestamping, kernel bypass, and RDMASolid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast) and FPGA basicsFamiliarity with SRE best practices: Helm, Kubernetes, Prometheus, GrafanaPreferred Experience:Exposure to market data normalization and FIX/ITCH/OUCH protocolsExperience with FPGA-accelerated trading or custom network cardsKnowledge of Python or Go for automation, testing, and orchestration scriptsPrior contributions to open source performance tools or benchmarking suitesIf this outstanding opportunity sounds like your next career move, please submit your resume in Word format via the Quick Apply Button.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
