Art Piece - Causeway Bay & Tsim Sha Tsui Branch (Beauty and Lifestyle Service Floor)
We provide diversified services from head to toe including yoga, pilates, spa, medical beauty.Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service, ensure frontline services in upmost standard and maintain a good relationship with our guest.
- Handle daily operations such as general enquiry (phone / email), check in / check out, booking etc.
- Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.
- 1 year working experience in hospitality / tourism / hotel / customer service or related service industry
- Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable.
- Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
- Immediate available is preferred.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Relation Officer/ Guest Relation Supervisor
