- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service that reflects company standards
- Manage the day-to-day bar operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure all financial targets and budgets for the bar are met
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of bar supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and quality at the bar
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the bar to maintain a seamless service experience
- Relevant certifications in hospitality, bartending, or mixology are preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a bar management role within a high-end or luxury establishment, experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment is advantage
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant & bar operation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less experience will consider as Assistant Bar Manager
