- Carry out daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking under supervision such as prepping, chopping, sorting and storing food items needed for cooking.
- Follow the assigned instructions and recommendations to complete the daily tasks.
- Adhering to ensure food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- CDP - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; Demi - Minimun 2 years of relevant work experience in western cuisine restaurant, lesser experience will be considered as Commis Chef.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Good knowledge of food processing methods and good team player.
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hong Kong Citizens only (Must have valid HKID and eligibility to work in Hong Kong).
- Annual leave - up to a maximum 18 days in total;
- 11-12 working hours per day and 8 days off per month;
