- Carry out daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the Restaurant.
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
- Follow the assigned instructions and recommendations to complete the daily tasks.
- Put effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality,
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- CDP: Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in western restaurant, fine dining working experience is an advantage.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food processing methods.
- Creative and quality-oriented Team player, working hard, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
- Annual leave - up to a maximum of 18 days in total;
- 8 days off per month;
