- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overall food production & kitchen operations management
- Maintain, monitor and improve food quality to meet customer expectation
- Carry out Cost control planning such as food inventory management
- Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
- Supervise and train up team-members to achieve good performance standards
- 協助主廚師規劃和管理廚房的日常運作
- 參與菜單設計、通過推出新產品和迎合食品趨勢,以不斷提升餐飲服務
- 管理食品成本監控計劃
- 確保廚房團隊達到酒店衛生要求的標準
- 管理廚房團隊,提供培訓和指導以確保工序達到酒店要求的標準
- Minimum 8 year experience in reputable kitchen of 5 star hotel;
- Minimum 2 years experience in similiar position
- Good knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
- Highly organized with multi-tasking skills;
- Good command of English & Chinese.
- 至少8年或以上於5星級酒店經驗
- 至少2年或以上相關職位的經驗
- 良好衛生知識
- 有組織力既同時處理不同任務
