Pay: HK$19,764 to HK$24,023 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clerical / executive support to daily operation of the Department
2. Assist in the planning and implementation of various streamlined procedures related to professional services, include assist in applications and form completion; search available community resources;
3. Provide administrative, logistic and secretarial support for meetings, include taking minutes / notes of meetings, meeting coordination, activity / program planning and implementation, handle and draft correspondence;
4. Carry out general clerical duties including file and retrieve documents, and staff duty roster, office facilities and equipment, filing and record keeping, maintain stock and inventory, and office facilities and equipment;
5. To help with the use of various hospital systems for patient registration, referrals and records management, supplies ordering, repair and maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisor;
6. Handle enquires and communicate with internal or external bodies, perform reception duties;
7. Compile, analyze and interpret data and statistics, prepare for data report including statistical tables, graphs and charts.
8. Assist in quality and risk management including health and safety issues.9. Assist in the medical fee assistance or funding applications for patients.10. Might need to be deployed or rotated to designated MSS units in KEC to deliver the medical fee assistance services or any other duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Completed F.5/ S.5 with:
(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects,
or equivalent.
and obtained a diploma in a specialized functionPreferred Attributes:
1. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
2. Patient-oriented, mature, caring and patience, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Experience in social welfare / financial / accounting sectors.
4. Experience in analyzing and maintaining a high volume of data.
5. Experience in secretarial, executive and administrative functions.
6. Ability to organize work and manage the reporting.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
8. Hands-on experience with proficiency IT and media presentation skills and MS Office such as MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint presentation.QualificationsRemarks:
