- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handling confidential documents and maintaining proper filing systems.
- Assisting in expense tracking and budget monitoring for business travel.
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Performing other administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.
- Higher education in Business Administration or relevant
- Around 5 years solid experience in supporting senior management in large firms
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
