- Providing full-spectrum administrative support to the department and senior management.
- Managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
- Handling correspondence, documentation, and filing with accuracy and discretion.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintaining smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Organising travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required to ensure operational efficiency.
- A diploma or degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and organisational excellence.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
