About Our ClientWe are partnering exclusively with a prominent FMCG group, having 15+ years' establishment with strong brand awareness in market, to assist their recruitment on a Sales Manager assignment. Reporting to the Managing Director, this Sales Manager role will work as an individual contributor to drive sales and develop the growth of their eCommerce and B2B corporate channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategies to establish corporate clients channels
  • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector especially within corporate gift and other customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and their decision makers
  • Collaborate with internal departments on marketing, production, logistics and other relevant operations
  • Conduct promotional activities, sales forecasting and market analysis
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in a sales role covering both business development and account management duties within FMCG sector (preferrably facing corporate clients via gifts/premium selling channels)
  • Proactive and target driven
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
