- Participate in Web/App development, analysis and design
- Conduct business process review and assist product manager in finalizing the requirement scope
- Analyze and document user requirements and business processes in functional requirement specifications
- Translate business requirement into use cases / user stories
- Manage changes to the requirement scope
- Assist in preparation of the product backlog
- Assist in QA process for acceptance testing and test data preparation
- Degree in BBA/Computer Science/Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
- Analytical mindset and be able to capture and verify specifications efficiently and effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience in Web/App/Multimedia industry
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Required to travel in Asia-Pacific region
- Agile, e.g. Scrum, project experience is an advantage
