We are seeking a Business Analyst for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong.The Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the financial sector to gather and analyze business requirements for the AI chatbot project.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer interactions, user journeys, and operational processes to identify opportunities for AI chatbot implementation.
- Define functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for the development and deployment of the AI chatbot solution.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and AI chatbot capabilities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and iterate on the chatbot solution to optimize performance and user experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the chatbot's effectiveness, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on the AI chatbot solution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital projects in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, chatbot development, and implementation best practices.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation within financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
