
Senior HR Manager, Global Rewards

- Lead and manage global rewards initiatives, including annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, salary surveys, market benchmarking, and incentive scheme reviews.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on projects such as job evaluation, job architecture reviews, strategic workforce planning, and total rewards strategy transformation.
- Design and revamp Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIP) and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) to align with organizational goals.
- Act as an advisor to local HR teams across different locations to monitor and enhance the efficiency of rewards programs and processes.
- Coordinate international assignments and mobility strategies, working with internal and external counterparts to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Review and establish compensation and benefits policies and administration procedures tailored for local market adoption.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance HRIS modules and support HRIS transformation initiatives.
- Take on additional projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of solid experience in global rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally within a multinational consumer goods or related industry.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on adaptability and results.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
