- Define the Group Technology vision based on current technology trends and develop a strategic, scalable technology roadmap with clear execution plans to realize this vision. Oversee and execute the entire Technology Programme, ensuring proper governance, organising learning events, and fostering collaboration with various entities to explore and adopt new technologies.
- Work closely with Mother Group Leadership Board to ensure alignment and facilitate knowledge sharing within and outside the organisation. Additionally, support partnerships with external vendors and institutions to enhance technology capabilities, establish processes that expedite projects, and coordinate with the Group Leadership Team to guide strategic direction and scaling initiatives across entities.
- Introduce and launch drone technology for inspection across China and the US, embedding it into maintenance operations and working closely with authorities and OEMs to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate productivity improvements in inspections, create a new revenue model through project implementation with clients.
- Establish the Group RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) at the offshore office, lead automation initiatives across the Group, including Hong Kong, China, and the US.
- Combine robotic applications with AI inspection solutions for engine inspections.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- 10+ years' experience in Innovation, R&D.
- Engineering background is a plus. Experience in driving transformation roadmap and strategies. Track record in adopting/developing/ implementing innovative hardware products, emerging technologies and digital solutions in enterprise environment to facilitate Operational Transformation e.g. Industry 4.0, Robots, AI (e.g. AI Camera/ Computer Vision), IoT device/ Smart Technologies, Kiosk, Digital Twin, RPA, Analytics Platform etc.
- Experience in regional/ global scale of projects, driving change and technology transformation across the east and west
- Strong in team leadership (Preferrable a 3-5 people size), experience in driving large scale digital/ transformation program using Agile Scrum
- Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Logistics/ Aviation/ Construction/ Property background is a plus
- Good command in Chinese and English
- Open for occasional international travel
