- Design virtualization and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) to support enterprise workloads.
- Develop and maintain container cluster architecture, including node planning, storage design, and network configuration.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of containerized applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate various infrastructure solutions and new technologies to determine the best fit for different projects.
- Implement and support infrastructure solutions in high-performance trading environments that require stability, high throughput, and low latency.
- Advise on operating policies, technical architecture, and configuration of infrastructure systems.
- Create detailed documentation for system architecture and design.
- Define standard approaches and configurations for infrastructure technologies, including monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, backup and recovery, testing, and capacity planning.
- Review deliverables from project and BAU teams to ensure high-quality delivery and implementation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and system design.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient in system and network administration.
- Hands-on experience developing scripting solutions for process improvement and automation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of storage solutions and database technologies is a plus.
- Proactive with strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Strong commands of Chinese and English is necessary.
