The company values strategic HR leadership and is currently hiring an Associate HR Director to take lead of their HR Business Partner function.About The Role
This is a senior-level HR Business Partner position, reporting directly to the Group Head of HR. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives across talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting leadership development across the group.Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and execute HR strategies
- Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives
- Driving organizational change and transformation projects
- Advising on complex employee relations and performance matters
- Championing leadership development and succession planning
- Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a strategic BP capacity
- Proven track record within sizeable, listed Hong Kong corporates or conglomerates
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong employment regulations and corporate governance
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
