With a stable leadership team and collaborative culture, they offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join and lead the HR Business Partner function.Report Directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will take up a strategic and hands-on leadership role navigating people issues, influencing senior stakeholders and leading a team of HR business partners.About The Role
  • Leading and developing the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR best practices
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing counsel on workforce strategy, organizational design, and leadership development
  • Managing sensitive and high-stakes employee relations cases with discretion, tact, and sound judgment
  • Driving strategic HR initiatives, including succession planning, talent management, and change programs
  • Partnering with department heads to proactively identify people challenges and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Championing culture and engagement, supporting initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, internal governance, and public sector standards
  • Representing HR in cross-functional forums, contributing to enterprise-wide decision-making
This role demands a high level of emotional intelligence, political acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and integrity.Requirements
  • At least 20 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong track record in sizeable corporates or quangos
  • Proven leadership of HRBP teams, with demonstrated success in strategic HR delivery
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • A stable career history, reflecting resilience and commitment in complex environments
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to manage delicate people matters tactfully
  • Experience in public sector, regulated industries, or government-linked organizations is a distinct advantage
