Leasing Manager (Developer, Industrial and Carpark)

- Oversee all leasing activities for the industrial and carpark portfolio, including new let, lease renewal and market analysis
- Maintain relationships with internal parties and external consultants and brokers
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to ensure high occupancy and retention
- Manage third-party operators (e.g., carpark operators) to ensure compliance with service standards
- Coordinate with property management teams and external vendors on maintenance, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
- Collaborate with property management teams and Owners' Committees to align operations with estate management goals
- Degree or above in Real Estate, Property or Facilities Management or other related disciplines
- 7 years or above in industrial leasing or operation experience
- Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficient in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
