Leasing Manager (Landlord side, Industrial Building)

- Formulate and implement leasing strategies
- Handle all leasing matters including leasing enquiry, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
- Liaise and co-ordination with internal and external parties
- Prepare budget planning and rental forecast
- Prepare regular reports on leasing business performance
- Degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 8 years or above in Industrial leasing experience
- Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficient in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation and analytical skills on resolving problems independently and confidently
