
Administrative Officer

- Handle office administrative functions
- Provide administrative support to Investment Banking team
- Provide administrative support to regional and global visitors
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, whilst using caution in distributing information and redirect calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements including visa coordination, process reimbursement claims, prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense claims and invoices for team members
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new staff including system set up, phone and office supply arrangement, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Bank or a related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of Administration relevant experience
- Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good spoken and written in Both Chinese and English
