Officer / Senior Officer, Building Services

• Handle general building maintenance and fit-out projects
• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial and retail shops
• To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
• To handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• Ability to handle multi-task activities to meet target deadlines
• Any other works a directed by Manager, Projects & Building Services Department from time to time

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management with minimum 5 years' experience in facilities operation & maintenance
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Registered Electrical Worker License "A" Holder or above
• Minimum 5 years' working practical experience preferably gained in Property Developers, Management Companies in property maintenance field
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Knowledge of green building design and green products are an advantage
