我們的屋宇裝備部門(Building Services Department)為公司的物業管理業務提供支持 —— 監察公司大廈各設施的運作, 並負責進行各項維修、保養和翻新工程。
Our Building Services Department supports the property-management operations of our company. It is responsible for maintaining all building services (BS) and carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works for our own buildings.此職位將協助部門負責人確保大廈各類設施的正常運行。日常職責包括但不限於以下工作：
This position will assist the department head in ensuring the proper running of daily BS operations and entails the regular performance of (but NOT limited to) the following :
  • 跟進租戶的投訴，安排技術人員進行檢查及維修工作；
Follow up on tenants’ complaints with inspections by our own technicians and, if required, arrange repairs;
  • 監督和協調保養承辦商進行定期檢查；
Monitor and coordinate periodic checks carried out by BS maintenance contractors;
  • 監管承辦商的工作進度，並協助部門主管進行質量控制；
Monitor progress of contractors’ work and assist dept head in quality control;
  • 協助部門主管對新裝置進行測試和驗收；
Assist dept head in testing and commissioning of new installations;
  • 收集新材料/產品的資料和有關分析；
Gather new material/product information and relevant analysis;
  • 迅速和冷靜地處理緊急情況。
Handle emergencies in a prompt and calm manner.在特別情況下，此職位需要直接動手工作。
Under special circumstances, the applicant is required to do hands-on work.要求/Requirements:
  • 相關職業教育文憑/証書，如電機工程、建築管理學、屋宇裝備工程等；
Relevant diploma of vocational education, such as electrical engineering, building studies, building services engineering ;
  • 至少5 年大廈維修和保養服務相關經驗；
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance services ;
  • 註冊電業工程人員證書 B 級 ；
Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B ;
  • 擅長使用Word 和Excel，懂得使用AutoCAD 更佳；
Good at Word and Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage;
  • 在管理和調配人手，以及培養團隊合作方面擁有豐富的經驗。
