- Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor the progress and status of current projects closely to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality.
- Identify requirement and establish schedule for the development process of new products.
- Monitor the project process to fulfil Organization Types.
- To perform the projects with Integration management, Scope Management, Quality management, resource management and communication Management.
- Risk management and analyse KPIs of projects.
- Update and report project status to top management regularly.
- Provide support to internal departments regarding project-related inquires when needed.
- Establish and maintain an effective filing system for related documents of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development or other related fields.
- Working experience in retail / healthcare / beauty industry would be an advantage.
- Exposure in electronics appliances / health / Skin care products is required.
- Good presentation, Communication, and Negotiation skills are necessary.
- Detail-minded, Well Organized and Self-motivated
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in written English and Chinese.
- 5 Days Work week
