- Provide robust reporting and governance on service performance, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
- Drive risk management processes, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of technology and operational risks.
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement, embedding best practices and innovation in delivery processes.
- Develop and execute service improvement plans to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational activities, collaborating with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Act as a key escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Strong background in service delivery, IT operations, or technology programme management within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record in managing risk, service improvement, and operational management at a senior level.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience leading teams and managing vendor/partner relationships in a global environment.
