Technology Delivery Senior Manager / FS / $75-90k P/MWe are partnering with a global financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Senior Manager to join their team. This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to take ownership of service delivery, operational management, and technology improvement initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with business expectations.
  • Provide robust reporting and governance on service performance, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
  • Drive risk management processes, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of technology and operational risks.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement, embedding best practices and innovation in delivery processes.
  • Develop and execute service improvement plans to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage operational activities, collaborating with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Act as a key escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong background in service delivery, IT operations, or technology programme management within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
  • Proven track record in managing risk, service improvement, and operational management at a senior level.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience leading teams and managing vendor/partner relationships in a global environment.
