- Deploy and implement Sodexo food safety and health & safety management system in airport lounges;
- Perform food safety, health & safety compliance audits against corporate and/or client standards;
- Plan and provide food safety, health & safety training to different levels of staff
- Conduct investigation on food safety, health & safety incidents and propose effective corrective actions;
- Conduct risk assessments on food safety, health & safety and propose effective control measures;
- Participate in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of HACCP & ISO22000 system;
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
- 5 years or above solid quality assurance experience in Food / Catering industry
- Knowledge of HACCP / ISO22000 implementation
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and with good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
