Deploy and implement Sodexo food safety and health & safety management system in airport lounges;
Perform food safety, health & safety compliance audits against corporate and/or client standards;
Plan and provide food safety, health & safety training to different levels of staff
Conduct investigation on food safety, health & safety incidents and propose effective corrective actions;
Conduct risk assessments on food safety, health & safety and propose effective control measures;
Participate in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of HACCP & ISO22000 system;
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
5 years or above solid quality assurance experience in Food / Catering industry
Knowledge of HACCP / ISO22000 implementation
Mature, self-motivated, independent and with good communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
