- Explore potential business development
- Liaise with customers in all sales and marketing activities in Research, Clinical and Academic industries
- Develop and initiate new business ideas and work with Product Marketing team for business growth and development
- Work with different support teams effectively to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
- Prepare, review sales report, SFDC pipeline management and sales figure analysis
- Coaching of sales team as requested
- Handle special projects as requested
- Bachelor degree in a science related discipline
- At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably gained in Sales, with experience in academic & diagnostics market is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Manager.
- Strong business acumen and proactive customer-focus
- Strong teamwork mindset
- Goal-oriented with strong drive to the achievement
- Outgoing personality with good integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to work under stressful and matrix environment and with high level of strive to capture all new business opportunities
