- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to target and attract High Net Worth individuals and businesses in the Greater Bay Area market.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including brokers, financial advisors, and other distribution channels, to maximize business opportunities.
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and advertising, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, training, and materials to enhance their effectiveness in targeting the HNW and GBA markets.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on the High Net Worth segment and 10+ years related experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance market, including the Greater Bay Area, and an understanding of the needs and preferences of High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong event management skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with fluency in Mandarin.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
