We are now seeking applicants with interests to join our great team of competent and enthusiastic people to pursue the career in building construction industry.Responsibilities:

Handle pre- & post-tendering processes and/or contract administration works
Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation
Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment
Monitor the progress of related programmes
Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
5-8 years practical tender process experience/contracts administration in Government Projects or Public Institutions with NEC experience
Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude
