Job Description:The CompanyOur client is a logistic company in Hong Kong. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for an Operation Manager to join the team.The Role

Report to Managing Director and lead a small team
Ensure process compliance that meet customer expectations
Oversee the P&L and maintain the safety and security measures of the warehouse
Develop different plans to enhance and improve client satisfaction
Lead and implement process improvements, system enhancement and any other special projects
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience working logistic companies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
