You'll spearhead our Business Support Desk, managing a dual-desk strategy that blends permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and payroll solutions . Your expertise will shape client strategies, elevate candidate experiences, and fuel business growth across Hong Kong's dynamic market.Your Mission:
  • Drive the Business Support Desk, setting the standard for recruitment excellence.
  • Become a trusted advisor to high-value clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment-from sourcing top talent to seamless placement-ensuring quality at every step.
  • Develop business strategies to expand client accounts and capture new opportunities in a competitive market.
  • Work across teams to cross-sell services and maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide clients with market insights and trends, helping them navigate hiring challenges with confidence.
Who We're Looking For?
  • 5+ years in recruitment, ideally with a track record in business support roles (admin, operations, or relevant openings).
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing client relationships in the Hong Kong market.
  • Expertise in full recruitment cycles, from sourcing to placement, with a focus on quality delivery.
  • An understanding of payroll solutions and contract placements.
  • Ability to develop and execute business development strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and ability to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-driven environment.
