
Senior Consultant (Permanent Recruitment)

- 360 recruitment, including new business development and working with existing portfolio of clients
- End-to-end recruitment from sourcing, CV screening and managing candidate expectation, presenting qualified candidates to clients effectively throughout the entire recruitment process
- Responsible for managing existing clients to in fulfilling their recruitment needs and provide professional HR solution
- Achieve target by meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Engage in company events, networking, and community initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of experience as an agency recruiter
- Familiar with HR knowledge and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
- Proven experience in hitting sales targets
- Goal driven and self motivated
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
