This is a 360 recruiter role based in Hong Kong.Key responsibilities:
  • 360 recruitment, including new business development and working with existing portfolio of clients
  • End-to-end recruitment from sourcing, CV screening and managing candidate expectation, presenting qualified candidates to clients effectively throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Responsible for managing existing clients to in fulfilling their recruitment needs and provide professional HR solution
  • Achieve target by meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Engage in company events, networking, and community initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an agency recruiter
  • Familiar with HR knowledge and Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in hitting sales targets
  • Goal driven and self motivated
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
