  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both clients and candidates.
Responsible for sourcing talent across different channels to introduce to clients.Consulting and providing market industry updates/knowledge to clients and candidates. * Developing, maintaining, and identifying potential clients to grow your own portfolio.
  • Utilizing networking, social media, and cold calling to build your candidate & client database.
  • Analyzing client requirements & offering tailor-made solutions.
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to new and existing clients.
  • Contract negotiation with clients. You'll learn recruitment by getting to know your candidates, selling the best match, and managing your talent pool by staying in regular contact with candidates.
  • Conducting market mapping, and developing understanding and expertise within your line of service.
skills and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the recruitment industry is preferablebut not a must.
  • Prior work experience in technology recruitment, contracting recruitment, or B2B sales is an advantage; or currently specializing in recruitment fo other areas but willing to acquire knowledge of the technology space.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven, consistently meeting both individual and team targets.
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English with solid business development acumen are essential.
  • Open-minded and willing to acquire new knowledge and technologies.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and with a positive mindset.
