  • Serve as the primary liaison for global key accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and strategic alignment with client goals.
  • Lead end-to-end RFQ processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and competitive proposals.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement and account expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven success in managing global key accounts and RFQ processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics platforms and data analysis tools.
