- Ultimate responsibility for the end to end recruitment process for all hiring in the Greater China and Australia businesses. This will range from Early-Career to Senior Executive level hiring.
- Lead hiring managers through the process, as required, ensuring professional standards are maintained, and SOP's followed at all times.
- Proactively source candidates for active vacancies, as well as talent pipelining for future requirements. This includes networking with potential future talent.
- Ownership for the employer branding of the businesses under your remit; proactively suggesting content, working with the Head of TA, APAC MEA and the internal communications team on campaigns, as required.
- Responsible for utilising and maintaining the ATS (SuccessFactors).
- Building relationships with the broader HR team to facilitate the smooth handover for an efficient onboarding process.
- Ensuring that hiring practices are fair and inclusive, with DEI being a key component of the decision-making process.
- Acting as a senior member of the regional APAC MEA TA team, offering input to meetings, supporting on ad hoc projects, and guiding more junior team members as required.
- Minimum of 8 years' dedicated recruiting experience, with at least 2 years' spent in-house.
- Previous experience in the (re)insurance industry would be highly advantageous.
- Experience of recruiting in several international markets (essential).
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication (essential).
- Strong interviewing skills, with experience of conducting HR interviews.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management capability.
- Takes a data-driven approach to hiring.
- Strong capability to report recruiting data.
- Experience of taking responsibility for Employer Branding.
