
Executive Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including investor meetings, board sessions, and off-site events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.
- Support office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and coordination of team activities.
- Maintain and organize investment-related documents, contracts, and compliance records.
- Draft professional communications and manage email correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, investors, and external partners.
- Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- More than 3 years of experience within Financial Services or Banking
- Fluent English and Cantonese is a must
- Immediately Available preferred
