- Serve as the digital product owner and business analyst, managing end-to-end project activities related to AI, Generative AI, LLM, and reporting products to improve agency efficiency.
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and feedback.
- Monitor and assess the performance of AI models and solutions, working with IT teams and internal/external partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Maintain an innovative mindset by conducting market research and staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in AI and data/knowledge management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a STEM-related field.
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven success in managing large, complex change projects within banking or insurance environments, particularly those involving digital and cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and key outcomes.
- Skilled in driving project delivery and managing diverse teams across various workstreams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
