  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-premises infrastructure initiatives, including:
  • Server and storage hardware refresh projects
  • Data Center consolidation and migration
  • Infrastructure upgrades and modernization
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle-from planning and design to implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Conduct system assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure consulting or system engineering roles, with a focus on Open Systems (e.g., UNIX/Linux environments).
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
  • Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux systems, including system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS).
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of data center operations, including power, cooling, and rack management.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and change management processes.
