  • Provide legal support to the front, middle and back office, including contract drafting, review and negotiation, preparation and management of legal documents, legal risk assessment, etc.
  • Provide legal research advice and advice to CEOs, including business cooperation contract review, intellectual property rights and compliance issues, and have a wealth of experience in handling the company's day-to-day business and providing legal solutions and advice, including investment decisions and development strategies in the fields of food supply chain, food and beverage retail, environmental protection and technology, etc.
  • Responsible for organizing the group's litigation, response, arbitration, mediation, etc.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with external law firms, government agencies and other partners to ensure that the company is supported and protected in legal matters
  • Other duties assigned by the President.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws degree or above, preferably those who have passed the judicial examination in Chinese mainland or hold a Hong Kong lawyer's license, and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong and the Mainland
  • Have more than 5 years of legal practice experience in law firms, corporate legal departments or other related institutions, familiar with contract drafting, negotiation, litigation and other aspects
  • Ability to conduct legal risk assessment: be able to accurately assess and predict legal risks, propose corresponding risk response measures, and provide legal advice for the president's decision-making;
  • Ability to quickly understand the company's business model and operating processes, and be able to combine legal requirements with business needs to provide practical legal solutions
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal departments and external lawyers
