  • Provide legal affairs support to the front, middle and back offices, including contract drafting, review and negotiation, preparation and management of legal documents, legal risk assessment, etc.;
  • Provide legal research consultation and advice to the president, including review of business cooperation contracts, intellectual property and compliance issues, and have extensive experience in handling the company's daily business and providing legal solutions and advice, including in the fields of food supply chain, catering retail, environmental protection technology, etc. Investment decisions and development strategies will be given priority;
  • Responsible for organizing prosecution, response, arbitration, mediation and other work related to the group's legal affairs;
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with external law firms, government agencies and other partners to ensure the company is supported and protected on legal matters; and
  • Other tasks assigned by the president.
【Job Requirements】
  • Applicants with a bachelor's degree in law or above, who have passed the judicial examination in mainland China or hold a lawyer's license in Hong Kong are preferred, and are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong and mainland China;
  • Have more than 5 years of legal practice experience in a law firm, company legal department or other related institutions, and be familiar with contract drafting, negotiation, litigation, etc.;
  • Have legal risk assessment capabilities: be able to accurately assess and predict legal risks, propose corresponding risk response measures, and provide legal advice for the president's decision-making;
  • Able to quickly understand the company's business model and operating processes, be able to combine legal requirements with business needs, and provide practical legal solutions;
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with internal departments and external law firms to solve legal problems;
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and reliability and properly handle legal documents and sensitive information; and
  • Have good English reading, writing and speaking skills and be able to handle legal matters involving English contracts and documents.
