My client, is a renowned Engineering Group which focusing on construction and engineering projects in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experience Senior Manager – (Training and Development) in operation department to make sure the site construction smooth.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Consulting method and update Training Material for Front line Practitioner construction skill and technology.
Helping Practitioner to complete and obtain qualification for site work.
Setting guideline for new construction rules related to safety and technology
Liaising with industry stakeholders, government officials and vocational and professional education and training individuals

Candidate Profile:

Degree qualified in engineering Civil/ Structure/ Construction Management or other construction related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualification such as NEC, MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS, etc.
10 years + working experience in the construction field, with strong construction projects track record.
Enthusiasm on construction training and Site Operation
MIC,MIMEP exp will be advantage
Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
Good English communication and written skill
