- Manage and coordinate SME banking activities for the assigned accounts.
- Manage a team of SME Relationship Managers and marketing support staff.
- Coordinate the development of new business amd maintain relationship with major clients.
- Participate in developing business plan and marketing strategies.
- Monitor team performance against business targets/plans and coach less experienced relationship managers.
- Liaise with product and risk specialists to facilitate management of relationships which require specialized knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- University degree.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial banking with sufficient expertise in SME sector.
- Require in-depth knowledge of SME banking business and credit policies and standards.
- Good knowledge and skill of commercial banking products and client management.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
