Max Monthly Salary: upto $72K HKDOverviewThe Business Analyst cum Project Manager (BA/PM) (Change manager) will play a pivotal role in facilitating the integration of various communication platforms within our organization. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking and project management skills to ensure successful collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Understanding Integration Concepts:
Gain a foundational understanding of communication tools such as Genesys, Cloud, Email and Web Messaging, as well as their integration with platforms like Pega, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.Collaboration with Development Teams:
Work closely with central development teams to ensure effective use of the platform in facilitating seamless integration for different scenarios.Scope Management:
Identify and distinguish between scoped integrations and additional requests. Communicate potential change requests to relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.Proof of Concept (PoC) Management:
Manage and coordinate proof-of-concept projects for integrations, such as CRM scenarios. This includes defining the scope, setting success criteria, and liaising between various teams (internal and external) to ensure smooth execution.Configuration Familiarity:
Develop a working knowledge of Genesys Cloud configurations relevant to the role, such as Architect Flows and Web Messaging settings, to support project requirements.Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on integration progress, ensuring that both technical and business perspectives are addressed.Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare documentation that outlines project progress, change requests, and project outcomes. Ensure that all communication is clear and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with CRM systems and integration processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
