  • Coordinate and implement programmes as per the strategic directions to support the growth and development of cruise tourism in Hong Kong and the region.
  • Assist the supervisor(s) to coordinate activities with regional partners, i.e. other NTOs.
  • Assist to cultivate and maintain relationships with local trade for growing the cruise tourism in Hong Kong.
  • Assist the supervisor(s) to drive cooperation with cruise lines and cruise trade partners in joint promotion and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle cruise trade enquiries and provide fulfilment and services.
  • Follow through internal policies and guidelines, and management direction to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for administrative assignments to enable a smooth operation of the Cruise team.
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the supervisor(s).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?University graduate with at least 6 years of solid experience in tourism-related industries.Good knowledge of travel industry and tourism products in Hong Kong.Good interpersonal and presentation skills, creative and good in negotiation on collaborations.Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.Strong attention to details and project management skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player with analytical mind.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.Proficiency in PC applications - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese character input method.
