You will be the central pillar of the pre-arrival journey for both hotels. Your mission is to lead two teams, champion two sets of brand standards, and implement strategies that maximize revenue and occupancy across both properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Property Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the reservations teams for both Novotel Century Hong Kong and AKI Hong Kong - MGallery, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service tailored to each brand's audience.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily booking operations for both hotels, ensuring meticulous accuracy in reservation details, system updates, and payment processing across two separate Opera systems.
- Brand-Specific Guest Experience: Handle guest correspondence professionally, ensuring communication reflects the unique tone and style of each brand (MGallery's boutique sophistication and Novotel's efficient friendliness). Coordinate VIP arrangements and resolve issues to ensure a seamless, brand-appropriate pre-arrival experience.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Ensure reservation procedures align with the specific brand standards, pricing structures, and internal policies for both Novotel and MGallery. Identify synergies and areas for operational improvement across the two properties.
- Collaborative Revenue Strategy: Work closely with the Sales and Revenue teams for both hotels to align strategies, manage group bookings, and identify upselling opportunities tailored to each brand's market segment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel reservations operations, with proven leadership experience. Experience in a multi-property environment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate the team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance the needs of two different brands and market segments.
- High proficiency in Opera PMS, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Incredibly detail-oriented with superior organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
