You can choose location and package!!!!Locations: 屯門/元朗/MK/ Sht Tin / MOS/ 銅鑼灣/中環/ 九龍城/ 上水/ 大埔/ 黃竹坑/ 科學園/荃灣etcWorking hours: Mon - Fri 9-6pm + offer with lunch allowance + 17-20 AL + Medical + BONUS!!職責：負責日常運作，包括處理現金、開立及關閉帳戶，並遵守銀行規則。確保客戶滿意，及時回答他們的問題並解決任何問題。監察分行在客戶服務、等候時間和銷售目標方面的表現。確保分行遵守所有銀行規則和政策，以降低風險。要求：F5或以上學歷。至少0.5年的Banking Teller分行客戶服務經驗（近5年內）。即時可上班者優先考慮。Duties:Run the day-to-day operations like handling money, opening and closing accounts, and following banking rules.Make sure customers are satisfied by answering their questions and fixing any problems they have.Keep an eye on how well the branch is doing in terms of customer service, wait times, and sales goals.Make sure the branch follows all banking rules and policies to reduce risks.Requirements:f5 or aboveAt least 0.5 year branch customer service experience (近5年內)Immediate available is highly preferredIndustryBanking & Financial ServicesSpecializationAdministrative Support / Secretarial
