- Provide daily technical support to employees, resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including issues with printers, network connections, and user devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain commonly used software and systems, managing updates and patches. Implement data backup and recovery plans to ensure the security of data.
- Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline daily operational tasks.
- Continuously learn and apply the latest IT tools and technologies.
- Configure and manage network devices (such as routers, switches, wireless networks), and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Monitor and maintain network security, configuring VPNs, firewalls, and other security equipment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of IT support experience, with strong skills in software, hardware, network connections, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with network and security technologies such as A/D domain, DNS, DFS, FTP, TCP/IP protocol, routers, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, firewalls, and more.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery strategies to protect essential information.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for task automation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other IT staff.
- Self-driven with the ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional team.
