Job Descriptions:

Represent the hotel management to offer on site assistances to all operation areas of the hotel whenever required in order to protect the interest of the hotel
Ensure high standard of services being delivered to guests, especially for special VIPs, within the hotel
Monitor guests comments and to ensure guests’ satisfaction
Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Front Office operation with 3 years at supervisory level
Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
